Its not only about the technicalities, but often enough its difficult enough to know where to start looking.
I have been living on the Coast for 20 years now and have acquired some important knowledge that will
be helpful to you. I would meet up with you for up to 2 hours to talk and tell you all I know. We can also do
a Skype session or telephone call if you are not in Spain.
Here is a small CV for you to understand why I am offering my services to you:
1998: I moved from New York to Spain to learn Spanish and overlook the construction of my mothers house
fighting with the constructor and architect and learning the hard way. Meanwhile I worked in the Hotel business.
2005: I worked for a holiday letting company, travelling to the whole of Spain and seeing a lot of places (Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca,
Lanzarote, Costa Blanca, Costa Tropical , Costa de la Luz and of course Costa del Sol)
2007: I had my own Holiday rental agency and started working on a website with tourist information to provide my clients with a Personalised Service
2010: I worked for a Sales agency in Puerto Banus / Estepona selling property and organising the office as well to ensure we comply with all the new laws.
2012: I worked for another rental agency, taking care of Sales at the same time
2014: I was in charge of a holiday resort where I was also the selling agent and assisted the owners with their accounts
2016: I met my current partner who had just bought a house and had no one to give him advise, so I helped him getting the paper work sorted and eventually decided to go independent.
So here I am….
I studied Hotel Management in Germany, but I am not a qualified Real Estate Agent. This is unfortunately not a requirement in Spain to work in Sales.
The service I offer is based on personal and professional experience. I speak fluent Spanish, English and German, so if there is something that I need to find out I will do so and come back with an answer. My aim is to help you avoid certain headaches and also to show you the beauty of the Coast.
It is the most beautiful place to live !
I charge 50€ per hour plus VAT for my services, min 2 hours will be charged.
